    How far in advance should I place my order ?
    We recommend placing your order in advance, however, we offer next day delivery if you order before 1pm.

    Can I customise my order?
    Yes! We offer a range of customisation options, including flavour, size, and personalised messages. Just let us know your preferences at checkout or contact us directly for special requests.

    How should I store my cake?
    Our cakes are best kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight , moisture and heat when not in the fridge. If you’re storing it for longer than a day, we recommend refrigerating it in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Be sure to take it out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving to enjoy it at room temperature.

    Do your cakes contain allergens?
    We bake our cakes in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. While we offer some allergen-free options, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

    How long will my cookies stay fresh?
    Our cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days if stored in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Avoid storing cookies in the refrigerator as it accelerates dryness.

    How should I store cupcakes after delivery?
    Our cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2-3 days. Store them in a cool, dry place or refrigerate if needed, and bring them to room temperature before serving.

    Can I get a mix of flavours in my cupcake order?
    Yes, we have options of selections you can choose from when placing your order.

     

    LOAF CAKES

    How long will a loaf cake stay fresh?
    Loaf cakes typically stay fresh for 4-5 days when stored in an airtight container. You can also freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

    What flavours are available for loaf cakes?
    We offer a variety of flavours, including classic vanilla, chocolate, lemon, and more. Check our menu for seasonal specials.

    How long will my brownies stay fresh?
    Our brownies are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery. To maintain freshness, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

    Can I freeze the brownies?
    Yes! Simply wrap them tightly and freeze. When you’re ready to enjoy them, let them thaw at room temperature for a couple of hours.

    Do you offer gluten-free or vegan brownies?
    Yes, we offer gluten-free and vegan brownie options. Please check the product description or contact us to discuss dietary requirements.

    Can I include a gift message with my brownie order?
    Absolutely! Just include your message at checkout, and we’ll add a personalised note to your delivery.

    CORPORATE ORDERS

    How do I place corporate orders?
    To place a corporate order, you can either fill out the corporate order form on our website or phone. Please provide details like the quantity, flavours, customisations, and delivery date.

    Can I customise the order for my corporate event?
    Yes! We offer a variety of customisation options including logo printing, specific colours. Please provide these details when placing your order.

    Can I schedule regular orders for recurring corporate events?
    Absolutely! We offer subscription services for corporate clients with recurring orders. You can schedule weekly or monthly deliveries.

     

    DELIVERY

    Can I track my order once it’s out for delivery?
    Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is out for delivery.link to take us to delivery site.

     

    MISSED DELIVERY

    What happens if I miss the delivery?
    If no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery drivers will reattempt once. In order to avoid missing your parcel, go to DPD website to choose delivery to a safe place or assign a neighbour to receive the delivery.

    Can I reschedule a missed delivery?
    Yes, if the delivery is missed, the driver will re-attempt delivery one once again.

     

    CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

    How do I cancel my order?
    To cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. You can cancel by emailing our support team on info@bethelbakery.co.uk.

    Is there a cancellation fee?
    Orders cancelled before the scheduled delivery time full payment is refunded.

    Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
    Refunds are issued based on our cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made within the allowed 48 hours time frame you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

     

    What should I do if my cake Is damaged in transit?
    We take great care in packaging and shipping your cake to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. If your cake is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

    1. Inspect Immediately: As soon as you receive your package, carefully inspect the cake for any damage.
    2. Take Photos: If you notice any damage, take clear photos of the cake and the packaging. This will help us assess the situation and offer the best resolution.
    3. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your cake. You can email us at info@bethelbakery.co.uk Please include your order number and the photos of the damage.
    4. Resolution Options: Depending on how soon you need your treats, we will either offer a replacement, a refund, or a credit for your next purchase. We strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
